Update Facility Address

Use this procedure to update the existing address record for a vendor in the VaCMS. The facility address cannot be updated for vendors maintained by DOLPHIN. 

Process Steps:

The Facility Address Detail page displays.

The Effective Begin Date defaults to the current date.  If the Locality is updated the Effective Begin Date pre-fills with the next day’s date which provides for proper calculation of attendance and payments.

1. Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).

2. To update the address, proceed to Facility Address.

3. Click Save + Continue.

4. If this is the first time updating the vendor’s information:

   • The Facility Demographic Detail page displays.

   • Proceed to Update Facility Demographics.

5. If this is not the first time updating the vendor’s information:

1. • The Facility Demographic Detail page displays.

   • Use the Left Navigation menu to select another page to update.

Results of the Procedure:

The vendor’s address information is updated and the new address is recorded in the VaCMS.
