Update Facility Status

Use this procedure to update the existing status for a vendor in the VaCMS. The facility status cannot be updated for vendors maintained by DOLPHIN. 

Process Steps:

The Facility Status Detail page displays.

 

The Effective Begin Date defaults to the current date

If the Status is changed from Open to any other Status, the Effective Begin Date pre-fills with the next day’s date which provides for proper calculation of attendance and payments.

 

  1. Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).

  2. Follow the procedures outlined in the Facility Status  procedure to update the status information.

  3. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The vendor’s status information is updated.
